This 15 day tour takes you to Delhi - Jaipur - Nimaj - Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Narlai - Deogarh - Nathdwara - Udaipur. Each of these cities presents you with the mesmerizing and alluring monuments for the erstwhile years.

Itinerary

  • Arrival in Delhi

    Arrive in Delhi and transfer to the Haveli Dharampura for 2 nights.

  • Delhi Local Sightseeing

    Explore the myriad charms of Old and New Delhi on a guided tour. Shah Jahan founded the city in 1648 and the famous Red Fort in the heart of Old Delhi was once the most opulent fort of the Mughal Empire. Your tour includes a visit to Rashtrapati Bhava. (B)

  • Delhi - Jaipur (280 Km/5 hrs)

    Take a morning ride to the pink city of Jaipur for a before transferring to Shahpura House for a 2-night stay. Afternoon at leisure to relax or explore the city independently. (B)

  • Jaipur Local Sightseeing

    Morning visit to the imposing Amber Fort. Afternoon exploration of Jaipur’s equisite City Palace, observatory and local bazaars. Enjoy an evening drink at the Rambagh Palace’s iconic Polo Bar. (B)

  • Nimaj

    Morning drive to small town of Nimaj for an overnight stay at the luxurious Chhatra Sagar tents. Lakes are rare in this region but the Chhatra Sagar overlooks the beautiful Nimaj Lake, teeming with birds. (B)

  • Jodhpur

    Morning at leisure to walk in the surrounding area or to venture out for birdwatching and into the surrounding villages by jeep. Afternoon drive to Jodhpur for 2 nights at Ajit Bhawan, a beautiful red sandstone structure. (B)

  • Jodhpur Local Sightseeing

    Morning excursion to visit the Mehrangarh fort, set high on a hill overlooking the city, inside are some of the most intricately ornamented palaces. Afternoon at leisure to relax or walk around the streets of Jodhpur, one of the most vibrant and colourful Rajasthan cities. (B)

  • Ranakpur/Narlai

    Morning visit to the exquisite Jain temple complex at Ranakpur where despite being nearly 500 years old, the temples are in almost perfect condition. The central Chaumukha Temple has 29 halls supported by 1,444 carved marble pillars. Continue to Narlai for an overnight stay at Rawla Narlai and stepwell dinner. (B, D)

  • Deogarh

    Morning visit to the impressive Kumbhalgarh fort. Towering above the landscape at 3,568 feet, the surrounding walls extend to 23 miles and it is said to be the longest in the world after the Great Wall of China. Continue to Deogarh for 2 nights at Dev Shree. (B)

  • Deogarh

    Day at leisure to enjoy a scenic train ride, a village jeep safari or rest by the pool. (B)

  • Nathdwara/Udaipur

    Visit the temples at Nathdwara en route to Udaipur for 3 nights at the Amet Haveli. Nathwara is a centre of the Krishna worshipping community of Gujarati merchants who are followers of Vallabhacharya (15th century). The Shreenathju temple is one of the richest Hindu temples in India. (B)

  • Udaipur Local Sightseeing

    Explore the beautiful lakeside town of Udaipur including the magnificent City Palace and Arts & Frames – an art gallery dedicated to contemporary and traditional art. (B)

  • Departure from Udaipur

    Transfer to Udaipur airport for your flight home.
